For San Diego Comic-Con, Fox has released two new videos to promote its new Batman prequel, Gotham. In a two-for-one special, we're going to get to see brand new logos as well as a trailer to watch.

In the DC Universe, Jim Gordon was promoted to police commissioner because he wanted to clean up the crime-ridden streets of Gotham. Not once did he ever expect the freaks of Gotham, such as The Joker, The Riddler, and Poison Ivy, to take over the reins from the mob families. Though Gordon cannot bend the law like the Dark Knight vigilante can, the two must work together to save what's left of their fallen city.

It was a dark and stormy night when the graphics designer came up with this new look. As the Warner Brothers Television logo appears, we hear thunder in the background and rain beating down.  When the DC Comics trademark flashes on-screen, we get a landscape view of the dark and corrupt Gotham City.

Check out the brand new logos here:

In the Movie Trailer, the preview has been approved for the lawful citizens of Gotham City. Beaten and bleeding, Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor) promises a war is coming and blood will be spilt. Could he be hinting at a mob war with Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett-Smith)?

We see a young Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) struggling emotionally from the death of his parents as he burns his hand atop a candle. Though they are on the same side of the law, Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue) can't get along with each other. In a laugh-out-loud moment, a drunken frat boy calls Oswald by the name all comic book fans know him by, "The Penguin."

Gotham will premiere on September 22. Readers, what did you think of the new logo and trailer?
