Larry David, David Steinberg Will Sit Down For Citi Cardmembers, 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' Mastermind Kicks Off New Comedy Series

It's been a while since the mind behind Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm, Larry David, has made any kind of public appearance, but on September 28 at 7:30 p.m. PT, the comedian will sit down alongside fellow comic David Steinberg for a private conversation available to Citi cardmembers, as reported by Billboard.

Being held at the Theatre at Ace Hotel in Los Angeles, the chat will be the first in a planned number of events inside a new comedy series being held exclusively for Citi cardmembers. It was created by both Citi and Caroline's on Broadway – the live entertainment division.

Tickets for the David/Steinberg conversation go on sale today (July 29) at 12:00 p.m. PT at CitiPrivatePass.

In a statement regarding the new series, Citi's senior VP of entertainment marketing, Jennifer Breithaupt, said, "Larry David and David Steinberg have helped shape a generation of comedy through their timeless work. We're thrilled to kick off this unique comedy series with two of the greats and look forward to bringing Citi cardmembers more laughs in the future."

David has been keeping quiet since the release of last year's HBO film Clear History, perhaps due to the fact that the question of whether or not more Curb is coming always tends to be the topic of discussion. The last time we saw a fresh episode of the HBO hit was back in 2011, when David finished up season 8. Luckily, he recently told the network's President of Programming, Michael Lombardo, that he's looking to do more Curb Your Enthusiasm in the future ... but just isn't sure when.
