Batman vs Superman Dawn of Justice Set Photos Show Wrecked Cars in Metropolis

After the buzz and excitement of San Diego Comic-Con, the cast and crew of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice are back to work filming the blockbuster sequel. New set photos show some wrecked cars in Metropolis, which likely indicates an attack or battle scene.

Bananadoc, who has been all over the coverage of the filming and who has provided numerous photos to fans, posted two more on Twitter. The first one, at the top of the page, had the caption, "Saw some other damage...but probably not due to weather!" This caption on this photo below reads, "All in all it looks like it was a bad day to be in Metropolis."

In other Batman v Superman news, Warner Bros. released the first official photo of Gal Gadot in costume as Wonder Woman, which should put any doubts about her physical attributes for this part to rest. As you may remember, some fans cried foul when Warner Bros. and director Zack Snyder cast her in the movie.

The studio revealed the photo at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday morning. Gadot joined Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck on stage in the famous Hall H. The picture also shows off the costume, which fits in with the tone established in Man of Steel. The outfit features a deep red leather, more Amazonian in style, as opposed to the bright red, blue and gold featured in Wonder Woman's traditional incarnation.
