Over the weekend, WWE star Hulk Hogan fell victim to the infamous celebrity death hoax on Twitter. But don't worry fans, the 60-year-old pro wrestler is NOT dead!
According to The Epoch Times, "RIP Hulk Hogan" mysteriously began trending on the popular social networking site on Saturday (August 2). Details surrounding this latest death hoax still remain a mystery. Several fans were not amused with the morbid rumors:
@Reverend_Scott: "RIP Hulk Hogan?? You idiots, Hulk Hogan can't die. Hulk Hogan is forever! HULKAMANIA BROTHER."
@mitpool: "WTF is with all the RIP Hulk Hogan crap! Who starts these idiotic death hoaxes? Get out of mom & dad's basement and look at live naked girls."
@RayQuagz: "What's with all of these RIP Hulk Hogan tweets-his career died like 20 years ago #RIP Hulk Hogan."
@Fake_Dispatch: "Hello... the RIP Hulk Hogan is coming from the sound of him tearing off his shirt!"
@ryanisnasty: "WHAT IS THIS RIP HULK HOGAN TAG HE CAN'T BE DEAD HE ISN'T WHAT."
So, the Hulkster is NOT dead. He remains very active on Twitter.
But he is currently going viral online for another reason...
For apparently breaking-off the engagement between his 26-year-old daughter Brooke and former NFL star, Phil Costa.
Hogan is a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan - except for one specific player...
"I love the Dallas Cowboys, been a fan forever. But, my daughter was engaged to one of those guys and he didn't walk-the-walk and talk-the-talk. I put a bullet in that really quick," the former reality star recently told Dallas' popular radio station 105.3 The Fan. "There was no way my daughter was going to marry somebody that I don't like that got me mad, or has got in my face."
That's right, daddy knows best!
The stunning "Brooke Knows Best" starlet ended her engagement with Costa back in November.
Respect the Hulk, or else!
