'Why Did I Get Married' Star Michael Jai White Engaged To Gillian Waters?

Looks like wedding bells are in the mix for one of our favorite Tyler Perry actors, Michael Jai White. MStars News has learned that the Why Did I Get Married star is getting married to actress, Gillian Waters.

According to MediaTakeOut, the couple were engaged earlier this year but no one knew until now. The couple have been dating for about a year, and were friends before they took their relationship further.

These two lovebirds have a lot in common, especially fitness, and martial arts. MStars News reporter Star Connor previously talked to White as he revealed what was in store in the future with his martial arts goals.

White knows a thing or two about marriage as he plays the character of a married barber in the hit Tyler Perry films, along with co-star Tasha Smith who plays his hair stylist wife. The duo is currently starring in Tyler Perry's sitcom, For Better Or For Worse.

Waters got her start in showbiz, when she was featured in LL Cool J's video Hey Lover featuring Boyz II Men. As an actress she starred in films including, How to Be a Player, Jackie Brown, and Bamboozled, along with some television series, according to her IMDb profile.
