‘Are You As Water Smart As Conan O’Brien?’ TBS Host & Andy Richter Join NRDC To Give Water Saving Tips To Californians [VIDEOS]

For those of you not living in California, you may find yourselves unaware of the fact that the state is suffering from a serious drought. Because of that, the Golden State is asking that its denizens kindly conserve their water usage. And since everyone listens to celebrities like they're saviors, comedians Conan O'Brien and Andy Richter and the folks at Team Coco have joined the cause alongside the NRDC to create a series of short videos for help Californians conserve water.

That, or the two truly believe in the issue ... which is more likely the case.

Titled "Are You As Water Smart As Conan O'Brien?" the host and sidekick trash the usual banality of PSA-styled videos in these shorts and input some of their hilarious banter and bits we see every night on the TBS hit CONAN while delivering some tips to California's citizens.

The ads, all of which was less than a minute, tackle the subject of water conservation by offering tips such as testing your toilets, using car washes instead of washing your car yourself, replacing lawns with native plants, covering your pool and just being lazy (i.e. not showering, using a dishwater, etc.).

Finally, it seems these sorts of ads have found a way to embed the ever so important cause of water conservation into our heads. Now, if only we lived in California!
