With all these crazy rumors floating around, Beyonce and Jay-Z can't seem to uphold their "Drunk In Love" mentality!

Now it looks like Queen Bey's the one "fooling around" behind HOV's back - and the Magna Carta rapper's ready to take drastic action to help save his marriage!

And that means firing his wife's loyal and longtime bodyguard, Julius de Boer.

According to the popular gossip webloid bossip.com, the Def Jam crew's already looking for a replacement online - check out the alleged new job description here. RAD Security is "currently screening candidates for a full time position within our Executive Protection department." Interesting... that's the same company that hired de Boer back in 2008.

The "Run The World" songstress has carried-on a very close relationship with her main security man for years - but were things ever romantic between the two?

An alleged RadarOnline snitch claims that things came to an ultimate head on Sunday evening (August 3), after an "On The Run" tour gig in Pasadena. The obvious "chemistry" between Bey and her Dutch Superman really bothered Jay:

“The two of them walked off the main stage to a stage at the fifty yard line together," the source reveals. "But Jay Z walked five feet in front of Beyonce without looking behind, and it was Julius who carried her train and made sure she got to the stage OK. It was very bizarre.”

Apparently, de Boer is constantly by Beyonce's side - both on-and-off hours. Things were getting just a little too personal.

The online job description also reads:

"We are looking for highly-trained and experienced individuals who are positive professionals, work well in high stress, high demand environments, and can perform effectively as part of a team," the ad read. "We are seeking candidates of high ethical standards, honesty, integrity, and self-discipline. The right individual will work in collaboration with the rest of the team in a multifunctional role to ensure the safety and security of the client(s). Please note: international travel is required."

HOV, Bey, and RAD Security refused to comment on such allegations involving de Boer's employment (via bossip).
