Michael Strahan, Nicole Murphy Break Up: "Live" Host Dating Sexy Trainer Latreal Mitchell

"Live with Kelly and Michael" host, Michael Strahan is allegedly dating his trainer, Latreal Mitchell after breaking off his 5-year long engagement to ex-fiance Nicole Murphy.

According to the Daily Mail the two were spotted with friends having dinner at STK rooftop where sources say, "He appeared to be in good spirits, like there was nothing wrong at all. He laughed easily as he sipped Don Julio while talking to Latreal." The source added, "The group ordered some drinks for the table. They were all relaxed and casual."

The insider revealed, "Michael was the center of attention and laughed a lot. He was not some wallflower. He didn't look to be downcast or even remotely depressed."

According to TMZ, Nicole went to her ex fiancé's hotel room and started banging on his door because she received information that the former NFL star was carrying out an affair.

Sources say the 46-year-old began screaming, "I know you're in there with some bitch." She yelled as guests began to open their doors, "It's Michael from 'Kelly and Michael' in there."

Eventually, the reality star was escorted by hotel security.
