Ever since he was stranded in the future, young Bobby Drake has desperately tried to return to his own timeline. Now the frustrated mutant superhero, known as Iceman, is letting loose in writer Brian Michael Bendis and artist Mahmud Asrar in All-New X-Men #31

In the Marvel Universe, Bobby has slowly learned to control his freezing superpowers. If readers remember, in the early drawings, the X-Man was nothing more than walking and talking snowman. But times have changed, especially when the White Queen possessed Iceman and unleashed his powers like never before.

In the nail-biting issue, the misplaced time traveler releases his full potential upon the unsuspecting world. To prove he is not some kind of joke, Iceman stands solo as he confronts the Future Brotherhood. With X-23 taking an interest in the young Angel, the separated team has to pull together to aid a mysterious teen with an unthinkable power.

Executive Editor Mike Marts is beyond thrilled because the issue also marks the arrival of a new illustrator, "I can't tell you how excited I am to have Mahmud Asrar join us as the regular artist on All-New X-Men...well, actually I can tell you-I'm beyond excited!"

Marts continues, "As an editor, it's always a nerve-wracking experience when you lose an artist as great as Stuart Immonen to another project (All-New Captain America), but when you have someone as talented as Mahmud to fill that void, well...things don't seem so gloomy anymore!"

Don't miss the heart-stopping last page that will surely have the everyone talking.

All-New X-Men #31 hits stores this August 27. Readers, are you excited to see Iceman unleashed?
