'Disney Infinity 2.0 Edition' Releases 'Aladdin & Jasmine' Trailer [Watch Video]

It's a whole new world, if you get what I mean, in the upcoming Disney Infinity 2.0 Edition as two popular characters join the lineup. From the popular animated movie, Aladdin and Jasmine make their way to your video gaming console.

Let's go back to the 1990s and revisit one of the classic tales from One Thousand and One Nights. In the folktale, the impoverished Aladdin finds adventure and love with the help of his magic lamp. The Disney feature had one thing that the book doesn't. Oscar Winner Robin Williams (Good Will Hunting) voicing the role of Genie.

IGN reports Aladdin and Jasmine are joining the Disney roster in the videogame. This is a separate edition from Marvel's Superheroes, which we have reported here. Watch as these two lovebirds continue their action-packed romance with Stitch and the little green aliens from Toy Story.

In the video, we see Uncle Scrooge's vault, the one with the big $ stamped on its wall, pop up. Suddenly, there's the roar of a motorcycle. Still kicking butt, we see the princess jumping in the air on her motorbike.

Surrounded by danger, these two fan favorites haven't lost their comedic touch. Aladdin playfully shrugs after he takes down one of the bad guys in a snap. At the end, see if you can spot the Tron Easter Egg.
