Original 'Teen Mom' Stars Maci Bookout, Amber Portwood, & Catelynn Lowell Start Filming- Drops Hints About New Season On Twitter

The girls that started it all are back for another round of MTV's Teen Mom. Maci Bookout, Amber Portwood, Catelynn Lowell and the rest of the gang of the breakout series that has spawned two spinoffs (Teen Mom 2 and Teen Mom 3) have dropped hints about the filming for the new season on their social media sites.

According to the picture that Gary Shirley posted on his Twitter page, cameras were rolling to document him and Amber seeing their daughter Leah off to her first day of Kindergarten. In the photo, fans can clearly see a cameraman in the background recording the momentous event.

Stars Tyler Baltierra and his fiancée Catelynn Lowell also documented themselves filming for the new season. Tyler posted a picture of his pregnant soon-to-be wife, in her car, being recorded by multiple dashboard cameras.

He also posted a mirror picture of himself holding a heavy-duty video camera over his shoulder with the caption, "MTVSwag."

Maci was a little bit more vague about her return to the series tweeting two simple emoji's, a video camera and the "speak no evil" monkey.

This is the first confirmation that the girls have made that they are actually filming again. It has been speculated for months that they be returning to the show, but since they are under contract, they aren't allowed to discuss the details of the show.

However, Farrah Abrahams, who was part of the cast for the first few season, will not be rejoining the ladies when the series comes back for the new episodes.
