"Keeping up with the Kardashians" reality star, Kylie Jenner turned 17 Sunday and a leaked video shows the minor taking shots and dancing over her erotic cake.

MediaTakeOut.com, obtained the scandalous video of the teen dancing on top of a table by her birthday cake allegedly accepting a shot from rapper Tyga as someone tells her "Take a shot" multiple times.

To make matters worse, PageSix is reporting that her sister, Kendall Jenner,18, threw a tantrum at Mercer Kitchen last Monday when she was denied alcohol. The teen model was enjoying her meal with Hailey Baldwin when they decided to ditch the bill, "Kendall got up and left and didn't pay for all the food . . . about $60 worth, and without a tip."

The celebrity teen's server, Blaine Morris quickly caught up with the ladies where a source says "Kendall and Hailey started laughing," the source revealed, "Kendall took a couple of $20 bills out of her wallet, threw them at the server and walked away, not even counting if it was enough or if it included a tip."

Blaine later tweeted about the incident August 5^th writing, "That horrible moment you chase a kardashian down the street because she forgot to pay her bill to be thrown money in your face."
