Adam Levine, front man of Maroon 5 and star judge on the reality television show The Voice, will co-star on the second season of FX's horror/drama television series "American Horror Story," opposite "Step Up" star and wife of Channing Tatum, Jenna Dewan.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Levine and Dewan will appear on the show as a pair currently described as "The Lovers." "American Horror Story" - co-created by "Glee" producers Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk - stars Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Zachary Quinto, Evan Peters and Lily Rabe.
Not much is known about Levine and Dewan's characters, but season two of the popular FX sitcom (season one received 17 Emmy nominations) will take place at an insane asylum on the east coast in the 1960s, with each cast member portraying a totally different character from what they were in season one.
Other guest appearances include: Chris Zylka, Chloe Sevigny, Clea Duvall as well as James Cromwell, and Lizzie Brochere.
"American Horror Story" season two is scheduled to premiere this October.
