Looks like their was a wedding for one TLC family! The Honey Boo Boo family shed tears of joy when Mama June Shannon's oldest child, Anna "Chickadee" Shannon, married her fiancé, Michael Cardwell.
In the reality show's, new season, the big showdown to the alter was revealed on TLC Thursday night. It was truly a lot of emotion, as Anna revealed if her real dad would be present at her big day. She previously expressed how happy she was to be marrying her love.
"I'm so excited to be marrying Michael," Anna, 19, told PEOPLE, "[My daughter] Kaitlyn and I are very lucky to have him, and we can't wait to grow our family. I can't wait to be his wife."
As fans the hilarious reality TV show, witnessed Cardwell, 21 propose to his girlfriend, and single mom back in March, no one could forget just how the proposal went down, redneck style!
The new married Cardwell took a pizza and spelled out "Marry Me" with pepperoni's.
The cute teal blue rustic mason jar wedding ceremony was so adorable as the new couple exchanged vows in front of their family and friends.
The 21-year-old truck mechanic popped the question to Anna, whom he dated for one year on New Year's Eve at the annual Tallapoosa Possum Drop after he had previously asked her mother, Mama June, and her husband, Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson for their blessing in marrying their daughter.
In the wedding episode, Mama June reveals that she will be sad to see her first born child move to Alabama. Michael on the other-hand, seems like a good guy, and someone that will take care of his wife. He expressed that he was ready to be a good husband, and father to Anna's daughter from a previous relationship.
"Her and Kaitlyn ... I love them with all my heart, I wouldn't trade them for nothing," he previously revealed.
In Thursday night's episode, Anna and her mother have a heart to heart and take about the ups and downs of marriage. Anna claims that her now husband, will be her "only husband." Despite not meeting before the couple got married, both families seemed to get along.
"It is what it is," as Mama June reveals that she and Michael's mother has that in common. Things seem to go awkward the night before the wedding, as the ladies have a x-rated party.
