Jennette McCurdy Vs Ariana Grande - Is Former 'Sam & Cat' Star Dissing Grande In New Episode Of What's New For Sarah?

Jennette McCurdy is putting her days as Sam Puckett far behind her as she is already working on her next project for her hungry fans. The former Nickelodeon star has been working on a web series called What's Next For Sarah, which can almost be seen as a satire on McCurdy's current life situation.

The series, which is written by Jennette, is gaining some heat after a character appeared on the third episode that fans are thinking draws some negative similarities to her former Sam & Cat costar Ariana Grande.

According to Cambio, the starlets are rumored to have an ongoing feud with one another, and fans are thinking that there is some major shade getting thrown at Grande in the latest episode.

McCurdy created a character Gloriana who is a vegan singer, like Ariana, and who also wear her hair in a high ponytail like Grande, and also has similar traits to the "Break Free" singer.

Jennette hasn't kept her Ariana disses just to the series either, it looks like her and blogger, Perez Hilton are getting in on the shade as they took to Twitter to discuss the episode.

Perez commented, "It was super funny!!! Can I be in an upcoming episode? I can be #Glorians's obnoxious gay brother! Ha"

Jennette tweeted back saying, "Oh my god yes!! Or gloriana's boyfriend who get cheated on 8 times?"

However, despite all the flak she is getting from Ariana's fans she doesn't seem to be bothered by it, writing, "god all this talk about shade. If you're worried about shade, get off your computer & go outside. Plenty of sun. #whatsnextforsarah"
