Fox released the trailer 'The Good. The Bad, The Beginning,' where actor Donal Logue (Sons of Anarchy) found himself cornered by the infamous DC Comics super villains. Now Logue joins co-star Cory Michael Smith, executive producer Danny Cannon, and showrunner Bruno Heller about the upcoming season of Gotham.
From what we know, rogue detective, Harvey Bullock (Logue), has to teach his rookie partner, Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie), how to survive the mean streets of Gotham City. In the tradition of the good/bad cop genre, the two are at odds with each other as they attempt to solve the Wayne murders.
Logue talks about the drawing inspiration from the comics, "There's something so beautiful about comics. These people literally these theatrical masks, both good and bad."
In the DC Universe, Edward Nygma loves to show off his genius as he attempts to outsmart the Dark Knight. In the TV series, Nygma is working for the Gotham Police Department, using his superior intellect to help out his fellow comrades.
Smith discusses the change in The Riddler, "He's brilliant. He has no intention but to use his brilliance in a positive way for good."
The previous trailer also teases the appearance of The Joker. The greatest Batman villain is hinted at visually, with a blood-smeared smile.

Heller discusses whether or not audiences will see the prince of clown, "We have to keep our approach to our collective chest because the Joker, to a degree, is the crown jewel of the Batman villains."
Cannon then adds, "The great thing about the slow-burn is that we can draw people in and earn the right to discover someone who may or may not be the Joker."
