MStars News has learned that a preliminary autopsy report has persuaded Michael Brown's family that Police Officer Darren Wilson should be arrested after shooting the 18-year-old to death, a lawyer for the family revealed on Monday.

"His mother asked the questions that ... lawyers could not answer -- what else do we need to get them to arrest the killer of my child?" Brown's family lawyer, Benjamin Crump commented during a press conference.

According to USA Today, Crump mentioned that Brown's mother, Lesley McSpadden, wanted to know if her son had suffered any pain before he passed away. Pathologist Michael Baden, who conducted one autopsy, out of three that will be performed "shared his opinion that he did not suffer," Crump revealed.

Baden, described during the press conference that Brown was shot at least six times, including twice in the head. He also revealed that none of the bullets entered from the back, and that three of the police bullets were recovered from Brown's body.

The autopsy revealed that the 18-year-old could have survived all of his wounds except for the shot to the top of his head, Baden added. That shot was probably the last shot that took Brown's life. The report claims that the bullet hit Brown as he was bending over exciting Brown's body through his right eye, the pathologist revealed.

Baden said that the unarmed 18-year-old was shot at least one foot away but the distance could have been as far as 30 feet. Baden's autopsy results state that six bullets entered Brown's body and at least two bullets ricocheted and went back through the high school graduate's body. There were bullet wounds on Brown's arms that were a result of putting his hands up or crossing his arms.

Baden claims that his results could be logical with police or witness accounts of how Brown died.

"It verifies the worst that the family thinks happened - that he was executed," Crump revealed. "It confirms what the witnesses said, that this was an execution. That's what the witnesses said from day one."

He continued. "It's so hard for his mother and father to even deal with the notion that this is what happened," Crump added. "It's obvious his hands were up at some point because you can tell how the bullet goes from in and out."

Brown, 18 was unarmed and walking in a neighborhood, when Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson, 28, shot him multiple times in the middle of the street, Saturday Aug. 9. Witnesses claimed that Brown raised his hands to surrender when he was shot, by Wilson. The shooting and police response is currently making history as racially protests, and violence erupts Ferguson, Missouri.

Children of the school district were supposed to return to school on Monday, but according to live reports on CNN the schools have been closed.

According to NPR, members of the National Guard have landed in the St. Louis area, just one day after Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon made it clear that he would deploy troops to prevent violence in Ferguson.

"Members of the National Guard are arriving in South St. Louis," local TV news KMOV reported via Twitter. "They will be heading to today."
