Benzino is one of many celebrities who have decided to protest, and travel to Ferguson, Missouri for the shooting death of Michael Brown, by Ferguson police officer, Darren Wilson.
The Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star, is being criticized and shot down by Twitter, as fans are cracking jokes, instead of applauding the reality star for standing up and protesting in the shooting death of an African American unarmed teen.
Benzino may not be the best guy in the world, but at least he believes, and feels that he should be apart of the ongoing protest to help out the people of Ferguson, Missouri.
The entertainer uploaded and shared photos and tweets during his time in Ferguson, including some of the interviews that he did with CNN. It appears that Benzino is still in the Ferguson area according to his social media accounts.
In the photo above, Benzino writes, " Zino always showing love ( with a red heart.)
Zino did do a lot of interviews, and this photo, along with the first photo reflects his day of protesting. "Talking to #cnn #ferguson #justiceformikebrown" he captioned the pic.
One other celebrity protesting that night was hip hop artist, Talib Kweli. Benzino wrote, "Marching with the homie @talibkweli #ferguson"
Despite the change that Benzino and protesters are trying to get, some Twitter fans of the show are not taking Zino seriously.
Here is what some tweets have been saying.
