Brandy And Ray J Plan Parents Surprise Party On We TV's "David Tutera's: CELEBrations" Friday; Listen To New Song By Brandy, And The Walls Group, "God On My Mind"

The singing siblings are back!! Brandy and Ray J Norwood are back in action and this time doing something special for their family. The two are working on a surprise party for their parents' anniversary, in the hit WE tv show, David Tutera's: CELEBrations.

"Is this Ray J, as in Kim Kardashian Ray J?" Tutera asked. Later stating that the party is a "disaster."
