What makes things even harder - the former couple share a young child together - one-year-old son, King Cairo. And Chyna doesn't want the "Faded" rapper introducing their kid to any of his new "skanks."

Now that he's single again, Tyga's been spotted partying - hard. And his baby mama is NOT pleased.

According to the infamous gossip webloid TMZ, sources confirm that the estranged couple promised that they would not expose their son to "unsavory conduct" during the separation. The aspiring model assumed that meant Cario wouldn't be attending "raunchy" pool parties hosted by his dad.

More importantly - Tyga shouldn't introduce their child to any potential girlfriends. He's already crossed the line with that one (allegedly).

But apparently the hip-hop superstar doesn't really care - Chyna isn't an "angel" either...

Now, both are threatening to take the other to custody court.
