The 42-year-old Colombian beauty hit up a star-studded post-Emmys party hosted by HBO alongside 29-year-old "Dancing With The Stars" hunk Derek Hough. The two busted-out some moves to Kenny Loggins' hit tune "Footloose." They really caused quite a fun scene - until Vergara's left boob popped-out for a quick second!
