Teresa Giudice is facing some serious time in prison after the Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her husband, Joe Giudice, were brought up on bankruptcy and fraud charges. However, the RHONJ reality star is now speaking up saying that she doesn't think that she will have to spend any time behind bars.

According to sources from RadarOnline, Teresa is "confident" that jail isn't in the cards for her.

"Teresa has been telling friends she doesn't think there is any way the judge will send her to prison because she is a mother of four girls," the source explained. "Teresa is planning on saying she just went along with whatever her husband Joe gave her to sign, and never paid attention to the details."

The sentencing will take place in less than a month, but according to the insider Teresa is pretty sure that the Justice Department won't be giving her or her husband jail time as the couple's lawyers will be asking for "leniency and probation" for both.

However, despite her upcoming sentencing, it looks like the housewife is trying to send a much relaxing time with her husband and family as possible as she tweeted a picture over the weekend of herself with Joe together at the beach.

The housewives also got into a heated feud with Bravo over the network wanting to film the sentencing.

"Teresa doesn't want cameras from Bravo to be at her sentencing on September 23, and has told producers of the show her thoughts."

The show, now in its sixth season has see rating drops and the network is hoping to use this footage during the reunion show to drum up some viewers.
