Lindsay Lohan's lawsuit against Grand Theft Auto V creators Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. and subsidiary Rockstar Games for allegedly using her likeness in a demeaning way in the video game is still dragging on. In a new report published by The Associated Press, court documents, which have been released to the public just this week, revealed that the gaming company accused Lohan of filing the suit "for publicity purposes."
The video game developers have been contacted about this new story, but have yet to respond.
Lohan sued in July over "Grand Theft Auto V." Her suit says the game uses her image, voice and styles and evokes her via a character named Lacey Jonas. Take-Two says her voice, name and likeness aren't used, and the character resembles her only in being a young, blonde woman.
On top of calling out the former Mean Girls starlet, the video game company wants Lohan to drop the charges and pay for the legal fees spent on this case.

We previously reported on this case last month. Here is an excerpt:
In the lawsuit, The Canyons actress states the fifth installment swipes not only her image likeness, but also events from her troubled past. The fictional character, Jonas, is a mish-mashed reference to the Machete co-star's previous films, Mean Girls and Freaky Friday.
Lohan's likeness, voice, and clothing style are depicted in the actual game itself. Hounded by the paparazzi, the has-been actress asks the game player to shoot the tabloid photographers. Bridget Burke voices the role of an anorexic starlet obsessed with herself.
