Jessica Sanchez Fan Party a Success, Celebrated Early Birthday

Jessica Sanchez greeted fans on a huge white screen on Saturday where crowds of fans in the Philippines gathered to support their favorite Idol.  It was the first Skype party ever for the 16-year-old who took America by a storm with her pure talent on American Idol.

Sanchez who is Mexican-Filipino American showed love and had an enjoyable time with her fans over Skype on Saturday (July 29).  Sanchez fans, also known as Blujays, carried large posters with her name and photos plastered on them to show their support for the singer.

The Filipino fans surprised the singer by presenting a birthday cake while singing "Happy Birthday" in the native language Tagalog.

"You guys are amazing and I couldn't ask for better people...there are so many supporters out there like Bieber fans but I guarantee you guys are on top of the list," said Sanchez who was touched to tears.   Her birthday doesn't come around until later in the week, August 4th.

There was a time of Q and A with the songstress where she answered eager fans and the local media.

When asked about her upcoming album, she responded that it  "will have songs that are crazy and fun...no collaborations yet".

When asked about how the singer is like off the camera, she said that she is an ordinary girl who wears "no makeup...just chill".

Sanchez was also asked if there is anything that would make her quit music.  She answered, "Nothing. Music is my dream, it's my life. It's always been there."

She couldn't stop expressing her love and thankfulness for her Pinoy fans.

"You're the best. You guys are amazing. You've been there for me, I'm here for you, I love you, guys. Thank you."

Sanchez will visit the Philipines for the very first time this coming September on the American Idol tour.  

She admitted, "I don't know what to expect. I love you guys so much and I can't wait to see all of you. I hope I can get to meet everybody and just hug every single one of you... I was pushing for the world tour to end up in Manila, I can't wait to see you all."
