The hip-hop/R&B power couple will be living the highlife this August, having rented a $400,000/month vacation home in the Hamptons to finish off the summer season.
Seven-month-old daughter Blue Ivy will be joining Beyonce and Jay-Z in this 31,000 square foot mansion called the Sandcastle.
Some added features that come along with this little slice of domestic heaven, which sits on 11-acres on Halsey Lane, include: a bowling alley, a rock-climbing area, a bar, a swimming pool, a number of sports and recreational areas, a gym and spa, a skateboarding half pipe, and if any musical inspiration should hit either star during their few weeks stay, a recording studio.
The property, buit by Hamptons' super-developer Joe Farrell and located in Bridgehampton, NY, is supposedly listed on the market for $43.5 million on Corcoran.com.
And don't forget about baby Ivy, if Beyoncé wants to get a head start on her daughter's skills she can take full advantage of the "children's performing area" located in the home.
The couple will have 2,800 square feet all to themselves in the master bedroom, and there is a separate apartment set aside for guests if either "Crazy in Love" star wishes to invite friends or family.
The house - rumored to have once caught the interest of the Jonas Brothers - was rented out for a $500,000, two-week stay by single mother Cheryl Mercuris. She admits to having failed finding a billionaire husband during her stay, her ultimate goal in renting out the Sandcastle.
Jay-Z better rest up while he can, because starting September 1 he heads out on tour, beginning with the two-day Budweiser Made in America Festival, also headlined by Pearl Jam and Skrillex. For more info click here.
