It looks like Ed Helms is the latest guest star in a long line of great actors making an appearance on season 2 episodes of Brooklyn Nine-Nine. The alum from The Office is set to show up on the Fox series on Nov. 7, but it sounds like the cast and crew are hoping he can come back for more!
Helms is just one of many upcoming guest stars of Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Also showing up in season 2 are Kyra Sedgwick, Eva Longoria, Terrell Owens and Jenny Slate.
Warming Glow reports:
Helms is set to play an agent for United States Postal Inspection Service who works with Samberg's Detective Jake Peralta on a new case. As of right now, Helms is only scheduled for one episode of the show but according to executive producer Dan Goor, that can change anytime the actor chooses.
Helms is set to appear in episode 7 of season two, "but anybody who enters this world can come back," the show's co-creator and executive producer Dan Goor said. "[Co-creator] Mike Schur (Mose) and I know Ed from The Office and The Daily Show, so he'll be great and hopefully he'll have fun and be back."
