There's a new hero on the horizon. The Marvel Comics universe has names such as Spider-Man and Guardians of the Galaxy, and now audiences will get a taste of Big Hero 6 in the upcoming videogame Disney Infinity 2.0: Marvel Super Heroes.

First appearing in Marvel, Big Hero 6 refers to a comic book series created by creative team, Steven T. Seagle and Duncan Rouleau. In the narrative, the Japanese government sets up a team of sanctioned superheroes to be used at their disposal. Among the superhuman roster were X-Men regulars Silver Samurai and Sunfire, plus Baymax, and Hiro Takachiho.

In the upcoming Disney 3D flick, writer/director Don Hall twists the mythology around, changes a few names, and takes a bunch of the characters in this re-imagination of the comic. In the storyline, boy genius Hiro Hamada creates an advanced robot named Baymax after discovering a criminal plot. Together, they huddle together a team of inexperienced crime fighters to save their troubled city.

In the videogame, we see Hiro and Baymax are seen flying across the city of San Fransokyo. Notice how the pair interacts with such famous Disney names, such as Captain Hook and fights with Syndrome, from The Incredibles. Baymax points his rocket launcher whenever there is danger around.
