'RHOA' Star NeNe Leakes Headed To NYC And Broadway; Reality Star Lands A Role In Cinderella

NeNe Leakes is moving on up from Cirque to Soleil to Broadway!

MStars News has learned that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, is joining the New York City production of Cinderella, according to The Dish.

Leakes will being playing the role of the wicket stepmother Madame. Her first performance as the stepmother will began on November 25.

The new Broadway star will be included for the final run of performances. The production is scheduled to end on January 3, after playing 41 previews and 770 regular performances, NeNe will be taking over the stepmother role from former The View co-host, Sherri Shepherd.

Leakes acting career, also includes, Glee, and The New Normal. She also starred in Las Vegas version of Cirque du Soleil's Zumanity over the summer.

Leakes revealed that she'd love to have a talk show one day, describing her vision as something like The View. "That's definitely on my bucket list," NeNe said. "I already work with five or six women so I know how that can be. Working on The View is probably like working on the Housewives. I would love to get in there and chop it up with those girls."

NeNe has also been staying busy with her new clothing line, the NeNe Leakes Collection, that was featured on HSN this summer.
