Love And Hip Hop Atlanta Waka Flocka Flame, Tammy Rivera Investigated By Feds Over Instagram Gun Photo, Felon Heading To Jail?

Rapper Waka Flocka Flame may be under federal investigation after his wife, "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta" reality star, Tammy Rivera posted a photo of him flashing a gun on her Instagram page.

According to MediaTakeOut.com, the "Hard In The Paint" rapper was tipped off by the feds after a photo of him holding a gun went viral. Wednesday, his wife, Tammy posted the image with the caption, "Daddy's home now #MeetTheFlockas Loveandhiphopatl," which seem like an indirect threat to cast mates Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez after their LHHATL reunion show brawl.

The 28-year-old convicted felon mat be in hot water since he is prohibited from having a gun in his possession, however, sources say that the rapper has the federal agents currently speaking with his lawyers.

This isn't the first time the rapper was caught in legal issues. In 2011, MTV reported the rapper turned himself into police custody after a warrant for his arrest was issued following a police raid on his home for suspicion of a prostitution ring, however, only drugs and weapons were found. The new reality star's mother and manager, Deb Antney and rapper Gucci Mane were at the home and detained while the search was conducted throughout the home.

 "It had nothing to do with prostitution," Antney said. "The weapons they found were licensed weapons. There was under an ounce of marijuana, but it was nothing but a blunt. The other drugs were medication that was in Waka's room from when he got hurt," following his 2010 shooting.
