Elizabeth Berkley and Husband Greg Lauren Welcome First Baby Son, Sky

Elizabeth Berkley gave birth to her first son, Sky Cole Lauren on Friday (July 27).  The former "Save by the Bell" actress and husband Greg Lauren are "over the moon".  Sky was born healthy at 8 pounds in Los Angeles.

The new mother and father shared with People, ""The moment we both saw him it was love at first sight.  We are over the moon and grateful to start this amazing adventure together as a family."

Berkley is looking forward to "the role of the lifetime" as a new mom.  

She tweeted to her Twitter followers, "I am moved to share the birth of our new baby boy Sky Cole Lauren. Thank u for your beautiful wishes and blessings. We r grateful!"
