Telltale Games' 'Game Of Thrones' PHOTOS: George R. R. Martin's Novels Continue As Videogame Series!

Now that the second season of The Walking Dead videogame series has officially concluded, Telltale Games has announced its new project. After becoming a big hit on HBO, George R.R. Martin's popular fantasy/medieval novels, Game of Thrones, are getting the Telltale serialized treatment.

Telltale announced they were working on the Game of Thrones videogame at the VGX awards last year. There hasn't been much news about the game until now, through their official Twitter. Through their social media site, the game developers used a quote from Martin's A Dance With Dragons and came up with a hashtag.

The caption states, "'...with clan names like FORRESTER' GameOfThrones: A @TelltaleGames Series Based on the @HBO Series #IronFromIce"

Followers of the book series know that A Dance With Dragons is the fifth installment of the seven books. In the mythology, House Forrester is a noble house in the North. Asha Greyjoy may or may not be one of the characters integral to the game.

Another photo has been released through their Facebook page. Could the hashtag #IronFromIce mean that the game will follow more closely to the books than to the TV series?

With viewers anxiously awaiting for the fifth season to start, will any member of the show's large cast appear in the videogame? As mentioned here, actress Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark, is in talks to be in the Last of Us flick.
