Looks like the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa and Joe Giudice are packing up and downgrading before one or both of them serve time behind bars, MStars News has learned that the reality star couple have listed their New Jersey mansion for $3.99M.
We previously learned that couple's sentencing has again been postponed to next month. Their scheduled sentencing was on September 23, but now according Radar Online, the Giudice's lawyers are still trying to gather up important information needed to present to the judge, a re-scheduled hearing is set for October 2.
"There was nothing unusual in Teresa's lawyers asking for the sentencing date to be pushed two weeks," a insider revealed. "The lawyers are in the final stages of preparing their sentencing brief, and just needed some additional time to gather more facts. It's about giving Joe and Teresa the chance of getting no jail time, and probation in the case."
Teresa and Joe got the gorgeous home back in 2002 for $530K, then took time to renovate it before moving in back 2008 where it was featured on the RHONJ show, back when the Bravo show started.
The house was around 5,000 sq. ft, but after Joe and Teresa spiced it up, the size of the house doubled.
According to TMZ, the mansion in 2012 was worth $1.2 mil, Joe and Teresa are asking for 4 times that price now.
