Country music star Miranda Lambert has added another skill to her repertoire — she is now the owner of her very own bed and breakfast. The "Automatic" singer announced on Friday that her Oklahoma B&B, called The Ladysmith, is now open and she had some gorgeous pictures to share.
"Our bed and breakfast features eight well-appointed bedrooms, each individually designed by Miranda and her creative team to match her eclectic style," the website reveals.
"It's Shabby Chic meets Rock & Roll. In addition to the luxurious accommodations, The Ladysmith is home to a charming dining hall, two funky lounges, an elegant tea room, a fully-stocked bar, and a ballroom with room for 60-80 guests."
The Ladysmith is located in the heart of Tishomingo, Oklahoma, where Miranda lives, across the street from the Pink Pistol gift store. Rooms range from $200 to $320 a night.
"I bought the building across the street from the Pink Pistol in Tishomingo, Oklahoma," Miranda told The Country Vibe. "It was built in 1901, so it's been over a year of renovations. It is a bed and breakfast but it's also an events center, so you can rent it for weddings and showers and private parties and all kinds of stuff. But it does have eight rooms."
The B&B, which is located in a historic 1901 brownstone, is available for weddings, parties and large events, but has the feel of a small-town bed and breakfast. It also includes a New Orleans style bar called The French Quarter in addition to a relaxed and comfortable sitting room called the Losa Lounge.
"The wait is over! My B&B in Tishomingo, @TheLadysmithOK is now open for business! Reserve your room at theladysmith.us," Miranda tweeted.
Blake Shelton, who will be returning for season seven of The Voice, retweeted his wife's statement and added, "My wife is awesome!!!"
In addition to her new business venture, the Pistol Annies singer's sixth solo album Platinum is available on iTunes. She has also paired up and become the face of Crystal Light to bring new and refreshing drinks to life while on tour.
