With the premiere of The Flash just a few weeks away, the CW has released a brand new trailer for the highly anticipated DC Comics superhero series, starring Grant Gustin. In the footage, we see co-star Danielle Panabaker at work in her role as Cailtlin Stone, as she tries to uncover what's wrong with 'Barry's Body.'

In the video, Barry Allen (Gustin) wakes up and finds himself in a hospital bed. In our last report, Barry has been in coma after getting struck by lightning in Arrow. Since The Man Under the Hood, Caitlin (Panabaker) has been doing lab work on her comatose subject, waiting for him to open his eyes.

We also mentioned that Tom Cavanagh plays Dr. Harrison Wells, the team leader of his small band of geeky scientists. Cisco Ramone (Carlos Valdes) and Caitlin are Wells' lab assistants, who are analyzing the changes in Barry's body. Caitlin is determined to figure out why Barry has gained superhuman speedster.

Panabaker explains, "The scientist in Caitlin is excited to know everything that's going on in Barry's body. As a biogeneticist, she can't wait to see what's going on and figure out how his body has changed, and see what we can learn from that."

In the video, Caitlin admits to Barry that he had a previous break in his bone structure. Not only can he run really fast, Barry can also heal quicker than most human beings. Caitlin though doesn't have all the answers, because she doesn't why Barry can do these things.

This is nice little nod to the comics because Barry's metabolism also runs at a faster rate. The red speedster has to eat junk food because it digests slowly in his stomach.
