Peyton Manning and Alex Smith will go head-to-head as the Denver Broncos and Kansas City Chiefs are set for an all-important game against one another. The two rivals usually find themselves playing one another later in the season, but with tougher scheduling the pair will have to be ready a lot earlier than they'd of liked. The Broncos battled the Indianapolis Colts in the opening game, and survived a late scare, but they'll be hoping they're an improved team this week. They had one half of excellent football, and one half of dreadful football, and they'll know that needs to improve if they're to contend for the Super Bowl once again this season.
