When it comes to Teen Mom stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra expanding family, they are hoping that their new daughter can grow up with the couple's firstborn child Carly. The couple's struggles giving their daughter up for adoption have been documented on the MTV series since season one. While 5-year-old Carly is living with an adoptive family, the reality stars are still hoping for the kids to grow up together.
"Our child [will grow up] with Carly around her," Catelynn revealed during an interview with In Touch. "My hope is that they'll have a great relationship one day. They're sisters."
And according to RadarOnline it seems like Carly's adoptive parents Brandon and Teresa Davis are happy to make this arrangement work, as they have an open adoption with Catelynn and Tyler, making it possibly for them to see Carly twice a year.
"We're going to bring our daughter when we visit Carly [next summer]," the Teen Mom star explained. "All we've ever wanted is a baby of our own, and we feel lucky that Carly will be involved. This is our second chance."
The couple will be adding a new baby to the family in January of 2015 and are planning on getting married a few months after that.
It's going to be a pretty busy 2015 for Lowell and Baltierra, as they are also filming a new season of Teen Mom, which is set to start airing next year on MTV.
