Arrow Season 3 Spoilers: Oliver Gets New Gadgets

One of the coolest aspects of Green Arrow's character is the variety of gadgets with which he gets to play. Sure, he uses basic arrows most of the time, but he gets to mix it up with some innovative weapons once in a while. And according to a new report, the CW's Arrow will showcase that with the character in Season 3.

The "Matt's Inside Line" column at TVLine reports the following information from executive producer Marc Guggenheim:

"Please email me any and all info on Arrow, PLEASE. -Caroline
Sorry, my email is down. So hopefully you're reading this, as I share that with a new season comes 'new toys' for Oliver to play with. 'In the season premiere, you'll see a new kind of arrow,' showrunner Marc Guggenheim shares. 'And in Episode 5, there's another new kind of arrow we've never seen before. Season 3 is like a movie sequel, where he's got new gadgets to play with!'"

The Arrow Season 2.5 comic book has already shown Oliver using a boxing glove arrow, and star Stephen Amell has teased this as a possibility on the show in Season 3, so we'll have to wait and see if the boxing glove is one of the new varieties of arrows to make an appearance on the show.
