Kanye West is not taking the blame for his ridiculous "stand up" or else performance he recently gave while on tour, in fact the rapper claims he is the victim.

According TMZ, West refuses to apologize to the wheelchair-bound fan who couldn't stand up over the weekend during the concert, as West waited and yelled to the concert-goers, that he was not performing until everyone stood up.

West said,

"I can't do this show until everybody stand up. Unless you got a handicap pass and you get special parking and shit," he yelled in the mic. West became annoyed when he saw that there was a fan still seated. "Now, if he is in a wheelchair, it's fine. Is he in a wheelchair right there?" Wests' bodyguard went to check, and revealed that the fan was in a wheelchair before continuing with his song, Good Life.

Yeezus attempted to explain himself, even got his wife Kim Kardashian in the mix as she defends her husband via Instagram writing,

"What an amazing Australian tour! Its frustrating that something so awesome could be clouded by lies in the media. Kanye never asked anyone in a wheel chair to stand up & the audience videos show that. He asked for everyone to stand up & dance UNLESS they were in a wheel chair. #JustWantedEveryoneToHaveAFunNight #TheMediaTwistsThings"

In Sunday night's show in Brisbane, Australia West started another rant, attacking Matt Lauer.

Kanye requested that people give him a break because he's a "married, Christian man." Really??

Now we have a question what if someone is short, and appears to be seated, but in-fact they are just short, what is Kanye going to do in that situation?

Suggestions anyone....
