It seems like Bravo producers are trying to stir up the drama in Teresa Giudice's life. New rumors are claiming that The Real Housewives of New Jersey producers dropped the cheating rumors between Rino and his wife Teresa Aprea in Giudice's lap hoping to cause tension between the stars of the series.
According to RadarOnline, Giudice was told by the producers of the show to spread rumors about Rino cheating on Aprea with her mother Santa in order to make her cast members look bad.
Fans of the series saw Teresa confide in pal Dina Manzo about the rumors during this past Sunday's episode, telling her that since she wouldn't be able to go to Florida the she was explaining the situation exactly as it happened so that there would be no confusion if anyone brought up a different story.
However, it appears that the interaction between Manzo and Giudice was done by producers as a way for Teresa to look bad.
"Teresa didn't want or need in any drama in her life at that time," an insider revealed to the site. "It was around the time she had pled guilty in the bankruptcy fraud case. Producers told her to tell Dina the rumor that Rino Aprea had slept with his mother-in-law."
The source is also saying that while Teresa only explained the rumors to Dina because she wasn't going on the Florida trip, that the way the producers edited it made her out to be the villain.
"It was done to make sure that Teresa looked like the villain for spreading malicious gossip, and she wasn't in Miami to defend herself," the insider explains.
However, it looks like it's not Teresa who twins, Aprea and Nicole Napolitano are mad at, but actually the producers of the show.
"Twins Teresa and Nicole are beyond disgusted that a private family issue has become such a very public matter," the insider explains. "They had no idea for the majority of the filming, the entire cast would be talking about their mother having sex with Rino! There was no reason that this ever should have been put on television. They are livid that their family looks like some backwards hillbilly mess."
And it's not just the twins who are mad with the network but also Teresa, who says the network made her look bad. This seems like it is going to set things up for a very interesting reunion, where the insider says that ladies could end up turning on executive producer Andy Cohen.
"Even though a date hasn't been set for the taping, there are a lot of hurt feelings," the source reveals of the reunion show. "The ladies could end up turning on Andy Cohen and the network because they are so upset."
