'Paranormal Activity 5' Title, Release Date - 'The Ghost Dimension' Hits Theaters March 2015

Are you ready for another Paranormal Activity movie? The franchise is about to release its 5^th installment and this week we learned the release date and title of the new film! Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension is set to hit theaters on March 13, 2015. (SPOILERS to follow)

Originally set for an October 25, 2014, release, the latest chapter in the horror movie franchise is ready to take us into a different, scarier world. According to The Wrap - which broke the release date and title news this week - our next adventure will follow the series' "kidnapping demon, Katie." Actress Katie Featherston is expected to return for this new project.

Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones director Gregory Plotkin is set to helm this new film as well.

The biggest question here is what could "The Ghost Dimension" refer to? (SPOILERS FOR THE PARANORMAL ACTIVITY SERIES COMING). We last saw Katie at the end of Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones, which was a spin-off of the first four films. One of the characters from that film ended up appearing in the house from the first Paranormal Activity which, director Christopher Landon confirmed, set up a new timeline for the entire franchise. It also opened up the idea of time travel, so that might be something of what "The Ghost Dimension" refers to. Either way, it sounds like the normal idea of camera in a house is going away for Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension.
