It looks like there is even more drama brewing in the Garden State. The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars seem to be at war with one another once again. This time involving star Rino Aprea's cheating scandal. It is being reported that Nicole Napolitano, her twin sister Teresa Aprea and Dina Manzo all had a pack when starting the series saying that they wouldn't talk about Manzo's damaged relationship with sister Caroline Manzo if Dina had the girls back.

However, it looks like now the girls are pissed after Dina was filmed talking about rumors that Rino slept with Teresa and Nicole's mother Santa.

According to RadarOnline, the rumors get brought up to the twins during the girls trip to Florida and they are blindsided that Dina would bring the issue up in front of the cameras.

"Dina tells the twins about the rumors," an insider revealed. "The twins get upset with Dina, because she made the twins promise to give each other a heads' up about any drama brewing on camera, and to never mention Caroline or Jaqueline [Laurita]'s names."

Teresa and Nicole seem to be most upset that the rumor was already getting talked about before Dina could bring up the issue to them privately and away from the camera spotlight.

"The twins realized Dina knew this rumor was already being talked about and they were never warned about it by her until they were put on the spot on camera."

However, it looks like Dina might have just been put in a tough situation as she has tried to reconcile with the twins off camera.

"She doesn't not like to be shown in a negative light," the insider revealed. "That's why she stayed away from the show for so long. She can't handle anyone making her look bad!"
