Music most prevalent couple, Beyonce and Jay Z (of course), must have done well on their "On the Run" tour as real-estate rumors are a buzz in Los Angeles that the pop duo is eyeing a $85 million mega-mansion in Beverly Hills.
According to TMZ, Beyonce and Jay Z have reportedly already visited the Beverly Hills mansion twice over the summer. The couple already has a picturesque estate in the affluent Los Angeles, Holmby Hills. Seems as though they are looking to upgrade as LA Curbed reports, "Jay-Z and Beyonce are interested in buying the most bonkers new house in Beverly Hills."
The mansion went on the market quietly in August. The 23,000 square foot property is twice the size of their Holmby Hills mansion. The 8 bedroom, 15 bathroom mansion is also equipped with a candy room, car showroom, collection of weapons, an underground 16 car garage, infinity pool, 24-seat theater... and this is just to name a few of house's perks.

Amid rumors of a second baby we must wonder if the house is a possible upgrade (like they need it!) The couple is also believed to be collaborating on a "huge" new album together. Dash Radio first broke the news, saying the couple is looking to release the album in late 2014 or early 2015. We appropriately assume there will be a studio built in the new mansion? If one doesn't already exist!? Jay-Z has expressed many times in his lyrics and in interviews his much different lifestyle he had growing up in Mercy Houses, a housing project in Brooklyn, New York. "As Kids we didn't complain about being poor; we talked about how rich we were going to be and made moves to get the lifestyle we aspired to by any means we could. And as soon as we had a little money, we were eager to show it." The new 1181 Hillcrest Road Mansion in the infamous 90210 zip code is standing by his childhood guidelines of showing off the money you have.
