George Clooney's Weeding to Include 100 Cases of Tequila: Read Why

100 Bottles of tequila on the wall, 100 bottles of tequila, take one down and pass it around, 99 bottles of tequila on the wall.

George Clooney's business partner with Casamigos Tequila and the founder and good friend Rande Gerber was photographed loading 100 cases of tequila onto a jet from California heading straight to Italy, where the couple is to wed.

The award- winning Blanco, Reposado and Anejo tequila is stated by Clooney on the website "Our idea was to make the best-tasting, smoothest tequila around. So we did."

"George Clooney, Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman bring you Casamigos, a small batch, ultra premium tequila made from the finest, hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay and cool climate of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico," states their product description on the Casamigo tequila website.

So where does their inspiration come from? Simple, the three men love tequila.

"[They] love tequila. On the rocks, by the shot, at times, straight from the bottle. Tequila-filled nights with friends is how Casamigos was born. Our idea was to make the best-tasting, smoothest tequila whose taste didn't have to be covered up with salt or lime. So we did."

The countdown begins for Clooney and his bride-to-be Amal Alamuddin's wedding. Local Italian media, Corriere Della Sera is claiming that the three-day celebration will be on a 14^th century estate on the Grand Canal, where the two will be married by Walter Veltroni, who is the former mayor of Rome.

So who will be on the guest list? We can only imagine, however we have the scoop on some famous names that have possibly already RSVP'd. Bono, Sandra Bullock, Matt Damon, Brad Pitt and Julia Roberts.
