Christina Aguilera may have just given birth to her daughter Summer Rain last month, but the star is ready to give birth to an all-new musical project soon. The Voice coach and singer's last musical project, Lotus, was released in 2012 and ever since, the songstress has been busy working on her follow up.
The 33-year-old star is buckling down and getting ready to bring some new music to life.
According to Music Gorilla, which is a talent sourcing website, Christina has been putting out ads for musicians to work on songs with her. The ad explains that Aguilera is looking for producers who she will work with for her new album. Also a few hints about the new LP have been revealed from the ad, including the direction that the songwriter plans on taking with her new project.
"Looking for hip hop inspired songs for next LP in the same vein as Back to Basics LP with DJ Premier."
The ad also sent over a YouTube video for Aguilera's song "Ain't No Other Man," which is the sound that the new project is looking to emulate.
Personally, we couldn't be more excited for the new album since Back To Basics is by far one of our favorite Christina albums, if not one of our favorite albums of all time.
It seems like Xtina is making a lot of changes in her life, as she just added a new baby to her family, is getting ready to release a new album, and she is also planning on saying "I do" to her fiancé Matt Rutler soon.
