Thanks to some preview clips and photos featuring Peter Capaldi, Jenna Coleman, the supporting cast and a menacing monster, we can assume that "Time Heist" will stick with us Whovians for a while! Let's take a look at these photos and videos to get a better clue about this episode, its plot and the mysterious new monster that the Doctor has never seen before! [SPOILERS to follow]

Director Mackinnon, who also helmed last week's intensely creepy-yet-moving "Listen," detailed what he and the writers wanted to accomplish with "Time Heist" according to The Daily Record (via Radio One).

"What we wanted to do was a heist movie for Doctor Who. "There's a real time travel twist to it that's quite amazing - it starts with the TARDIS in Clara's flat, and the TARDIS phone starts ringing - very few people have that number, so when he picks up the phone, that's when the adventure begins."
