The Baltimore Orioles battle the New York Yankees in Game 1 of a four-game series tonight at 7:05 p.m. at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the evening baseball game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores. Legendary Yanks captain Derek Jeter will also be honored in a retirement ceremony before the game.
Beloved Yank Derek Jeter will retire after this season. These will be his last few home games of the regular season in New York City.
Needless to say, ticket prices have gone up this week.
The Orioles currently snag the No. 3 spot in ESPN's official Major League Baseball power rankings with a 93-62 winning record:
"The Orioles clinched the AL East last week and are now gliding to finish the season, resting the regulars and setting up their postseason rotation." — Jon Shepherd (@CamdenDepot), Camden Depot
Meanwhile, the Yanks hold the No. 14 spot with an 80-75 winning record out of 30 teams:
"The Yankees' playoff chances remained on life support, as they went 4-3 against the Rays and Blue Jays last week. Derek Jeter snapped a 28 at-bat hitless streak on Wednesday and is heating up as his career comes to an end. He is 8-for-17 with three RBIs in the first four games of his final homestand, which concludes with four games against the Orioles this week." — Katie Sharp (@ktsharp), It's About the Money
