'RHONJ' Dina Manzo Needed Therapy After Exposing Cheating Scandal To Teresa Aprea & Nicole Napolitano On 'Real Housewives Of New Jersey'

It doesn't look like Dina Manzo is bringing enough of the "Zen" to her role on the reality series The Real Housewives of New Jersey. The returning housewife left the series during season two after stating that she didn't want to deal with the drama, but it looks like she has found herself right in the middle of it during the new season.

Last night's episode saw costars Teresa Aprea, Nicole Napolitano, Melissa Gorga, and Manzo all took a trip to Boca Raton, but what started out as a fun girls trip soon took a turn for the dramatic, as Dina confessed to Teresa that there was a rumor that was going around about her and her family.

Manzo took to her Bravo TV blog to explain the events that took place during last night's episode.

"It was something I hope I never have to experience again," the star writers, talking about confronting Aprea and Napolitano about rumors of Teresa's husband Rino cheating with the twin's mother Santa.

However, Teresa didn't want to hear about the rumor. "I was surprised Teresa didn't want to hear it and right away. I was like, OK, Dina, shut your mouth, and so I did. It was a lose-lose for me... I've learned that there's actually a term in therapy for the position I was put in. (sic)"

Dina says that after the experience her therapist gave her some different exercises to use to calm down after the incident, including some mediation techniques.

"It was put in a horrible situation, damned if you do, damned if you don't," the star writes. "I was a mess."
