Phaedra Parks Currently Working On Divorce Papers; Reality Star To Serve Her Husband, Apollo Nida Behind Bars

An updated report reveals that Phaedra Parks is planning to serve divorce papers to her incarcerated husband Apollo Nida while he is behind bars.

The Hollywood Gossip report said that Nida should get ready for a surprise soon after turning himself in to serve his 8-year sentence for bank and wire fraud at FMC Lexington prison in Kentucky.

It may not be a surprise to Nida, who is a reality star; after all his story is mentioned on a daily bases.

“Phaedra’s starting the divorce process all on her own,” a Parks source claims. The insider says that Parks has "already drawn up papers herself.”

But if Phaedra thinks her husband doesn't have a plan of his own, she better prepare herself. Rumor has it that Nida plans to have something up his sleeves as well.

“He wants to write a tell-all book while he’s in there,” we previously learned.

Nida is currently serving 8-years so that gives him plenty of time to tell a good story. If he started today up until his release date it will probably be some interesting stories to include in a tell all.

Fans will get to see some of Nida in the new season after he filmed scenes leading up to his prison day. MStars News previously learned that Nida didn't report to prison on time, but instead he went to Atlanta to the house he and Parks shared flipping out on his wife after she refused to send him funds.

If that incident is going to be added on The Real Housewives of Atlanta we hope it's the uncut footage.
