Kim Cattrall played one of the most iconic women on TV in the 1990s and early 2000s as Sex and the City's Samantha Jones and we still love her for it. Even though Samantha's onscreen sexual exploits were a central part of the HBO series, Kim admits there was one thing she wouldn't do on the show.

The 58-year-old actress stopped by Huffington Post Live on Wednesday and explained what she liked most about playing the sexy and outrageous character on Sex and the City's six seasons.

"You have to remember, we know Samantha now, but as she was progressing, it was the first time someone was saying those specific words and those given circumstances to deal with," Kim told HuffPost's host Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani. "They were kind of risqué. I always worried 'are we going to get away with this?' The subject matter was out there."

Despite her openness to the risqué nature of her character, Kim wasn't on board with every situation the producers had in store. During an interview with Andy Cohen on his show Watch What Happens Live on Tuesday, the Sensitive Skin actress said there was one scene she wasn't OK doing.

"There was actually an episode where I was hired by a very young girl to be her publicist," Kim told Andy on the show. "And the two characters got into this back-and-forth competition about men and having sex, and I just said, 'I can't do that with a 13-year-old girl,' and they rewrote it."

Even with Samantha's intense and twisted storyline, Kim admitted she will always love that character. "The thing I loved about Sex and the City and playing Samantha Jones is that she was so honest. She had no hidden agenda, and I feel the same way. If I get behind something, it's because I'm passionate about it," Kim told Huffington Post.
