Lady Gaga and Boyfriend Celebrate First Anniversary

Yay for the happy couple! Pop singer Lady Gaga and her current beau, Vampire Diaries' Taylor Kinney, celebrated their first year anniversary with some seafood specials amongst a small group of friends at the restaurant Spiaggia in Chicago on Sunday.

The couple kept it cute and simple, sharing a dinner of oysters and caviar with four friends at the Italian fine dining restaurant. Considering their busy schedules, it's nice to see the couple spending some quality time together, evening steaming things up in the pool over the weekend (check out the picture Gaga posted on littlemonsters.com):

Chicago turned out to be the perfect place to celebrate their anniversary occasion since Kinney, 31, has been spending most his time there filming the upcoming NBC drama "Chicago Fire." Gaga has reportedly been making frequent visits to the windy city to see her hubby onset.

The "Born This Way" songstress has been busy cluing in fans about her upcoming album, which she just released the title of ("ARTPOP"). Gaga, 26, has also signed on to join the cast of Robert Rodriguez's follow up to 2010's action thriller "Machete" - she will play La Chameleon in the upcoming film "Machete Kills."

Gaga and Kinney met on the set of the Mother Monster's music video for "You and I" back in July, 2011. They started dating a few weeks later and briefly broke off the relationship in May when their busy scheduling got in the way of their private lives. But in June the couple realized they were meant to be and patched things up. Gaga even accompanied Kinney to his brother's wedding in Westlake Village, CA in late July.
